Detailed Return Policy
1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transport, incorrect, or faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1300 325 797 or via our online contact form by clicking here.
Resolution: For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, Mr Supplement provides free return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label or reimbursement.
Options: Once the item is received, we will offer a full refund, credit, or a replacement free of charge.
Condition: We accept returns for faulty items even if they have been opened.
2. Change of Mind Exchanges & Returns
If you decide a product is no longer what you want, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be new, unopened, and in original condition. We cannot accept "Change of Mind" returns for opened supplements due to health and safety regulations.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our facility.
Exchanges: If you choose to exchange an item, a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $9.95 applies to dispatch the new product.
3. Important Exclusions & Information
Timeframe: In accordance with our Merchant Center policy, all return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Tracking: We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Mr Supplement is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
