Gift card balance

Gift cards issued in Australia are valid for at least three years from the date of purchase. The exact expiry, if there is one, is shown on your gift card page.

Yes. If your order total is less than the card balance, the remaining amount stays on the card and can be used on future orders.

Contact our customer care team with the order number the gift card was purchased on and the recipient's email address, and we'll resend the card.

Enter the gift card code in the Gift card or discount code field at checkout and select apply. The balance is deducted from your order total.

Yes. A gift card is a payment method, not a discount, so you can still apply an eligible promo code to the same order.
